Dr. Pelton has been the owner of Hearthstone Animal Clinic since 2007. After moving from New York to Texas, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, followed by his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, cum laude, in 2000.
