Veterinary Technician
26 years in veterinary medicine (at Hearthstone since 2007) experience
If you've ever had a cat who'd rather not cooperate or a vein that likes to hide, Jenny is the technician you want in the room. She joined Hearthstone in August 2007 and has spent more than two decades in veterinary medicine, long enough to make the tricky work look effortless. Drawing blood, placing catheters, calming the patients who would rather be anywhere else, and dental cleanings are all squarely in her wheelhouse.

Veterinary Technician
13+ years (at Hearthstone since 2014) experience
Stephanie has been part of the Hearthstone family since November 2014 and has cared for animals since 2011. She's the kind of person who's already here when the doors are still locked, not on time but early, with the day mapped out before it begins. By the time the first surgery, drop-off, or walk-in arrives, she has quietly gotten everything ready. What clients tend to remember, though, is how easy she is to talk to, and how clearly and kindly she walks them through whatever their pet needs.

Client Care Specialist

Baylee is usually the first voice you'll hear when you call and the first smile when you walk in: talkative, bubbly, and genuinely glad you're here. As our Client Care Specialist, her real specialty is translation, taking the complicated medical details from Dr. Pelton and turning them into plain, no-stress language so you can make the best call for your pet. Scheduling, estimates, follow-ups, the whole flow, she keeps it all moving so nothing slips through the cracks.

Since kittenhood experience
Meet Eli and Leo, our charming 'business associates'! These furry execs have been overseeing operations since they were kittens, ensuring everything runs purr-fectly.
