It opened on FM 529 in 1982, and Dr. Steve Pelton has owned it since 2007. He's the only veterinarian here, so the person who vaccinated your puppy is the same one who reads her bloodwork at twelve.

We treat dogs and cats. Bloodwork and digital X-rays are done in the building, so most sick visits end with an answer the same day instead of a referral. Dental cleanings, spays and neuters, laparoscopic spay, soft tissue surgery and laser therapy all happen here too. Before we do anything beyond the exam, we call or text you with what we found and what it costs. You're always in the loop.

One honest limit: we're not a 24-hour emergency hospital. If it's the middle of the night, start with the emergency referral page. During our hours, a sick pet can almost always be worked in the same day.

On FM 529 in 77095, just east of Highway 6

The clinic is at 14606 FM 529 Rd, Houston, TX 77095. That's the Copperfield end of Cypress, a few minutes east of Highway 6.

From 290: take Highway 6 south to FM 529 and turn east; we're a few minutes down the road. From Highway 6: turn east onto FM 529 toward Copperfield. From Barker Cypress or the Katy side: stay on FM 529 heading east, past Highway 6.

Free parking in our own lot, right off the road, so you're not circling a strip center with a nervous dog. Most of 77095 reaches us in under ten minutes, and we also see pets from Jersey Village, Cy-Fair, Vintage Park, Willowbrook, Klein, Katy, Tomball and Spring.
